Get Started

You want this stuff , we know you do, and we have made it super easy to get moved over. All you need to do is email support@macdock.com and tell us you are ready to move. Our staff will migrate all files and emails to the new server. You will not need to do anything except change your email settings in your Email Client App (see below). The change only takes a few minutes depending on how fast DNS changes propagate. In the migrations we have already done, it usually only takes 10-15 minutes.

If your web site uses any MySQL databases or has a Wordpress Installation, then we will move those for you by hand as well. You will not need to do anything.

What You Need to do

The only thing you will need to do is change your Email and FTP settings. You will be sent a new welcome email once your site has been moved. This email will contain important information on how to connect to the various services, primarily new Control Panel Login, FTP login and Email login.

When the migration is complete you will receive a Welcome Email with all your new account settings and logins.
